3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.

  • Prices may change if the condition, size, or access to the property differs from what was originally described.

  • We reserve the right to revise a quote if additional work is required.

  • Prices are typically quoted per clean or on a regular service schedule.

 

4. Access to Property

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed service date.

If access cannot be gained:

  • A missed appointment fee may apply, or

  • The clean may be rescheduled to the next available date.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

 

5. Weather Conditions

Window cleaning is often carried out in light rain as purified water cleaning systems allow this.

However, we may reschedule services in cases of:

  • Severe weather

  • High winds

  • Dangerous conditions

Customer and staff safety is our priority.

 

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept payment via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Card payment

  • Cash

  • Online payment methods

Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.

 

7. Regular Cleaning Customers

For customers on a regular cleaning schedule:

  • We operate on a 4–8 week cycle unless agreed otherwise.

  • Skipping cleans may result in a higher charge on the next visit.

  • If service is cancelled repeatedly, we reserve the right to remove the property from the schedule.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Close all windows before cleaning

  • Remove fragile items from window sills

  • Inform us of any damaged glass or frames before cleaning

  • Ensure pets are secured during the service

We cannot be responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage.

 

9. Damage Policy

We take great care in providing our services.

If damage occurs as a direct result of our work:

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours

  • We will inspect and assess the issue

  • Where appropriate, we will repair, replace, or compensate

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Faulty window seals

  • Poorly fitted frames

  • Deteriorated window materials
